Do I need to tip my cleaning technician?
Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated if you feel our team went above and beyond. Many clients choose to tip occasionally or around the holidays.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we’ll contact you in advance to reschedule at a convenient time. No extra fees—just flexible, friendly service.
Will the initial cleaning take longer?
Yes, the first visit often takes a bit longer. This allows us to perform a more detailed cleaning and get your home to the level we maintain during regular visits.
Do I need to be home while my house is being cleaned?
It’s up to you! Many of our clients prefer to leave us a key or entry code. Whether you’re home or away, we’ll treat your space with the utmost care and discretion.
Will you send the same cleaning technician each time?
We do our best to assign the same technician or team for consistency. If someone is unavailable, we’ll send another trusted member of our team and make sure they are fully briefed on your preferences.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
We offer flexible payment options. You can pay via cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, or other convenient methods. Invoices are sent digitally for easy processing.
